At time of publishing, the most complete guide to songs and calls of Southern African birds. They are presented in systematic order with announcements by English name and SA bird number. Each recording is approximately 30 seconds, giving about 7 hours in total. The sets include a 70 page booklet listing each species with number and English, Afrikaans, and Scientific name, annotated with details of recording circumstances, comments on behavior and call type. 6 CDs  cover 900 species.
