About the Author

M.E.A. McNeil writes narrative nonfiction as well as fiction -- her work is informed by life as a beekeeper and organic farmer. McNeil writes about living as part of the natural world, and often about bees, the insects that are an interface between us and the wild beyond our control. At the root of it is a good story.
