In-Person Shopping Hours
Our brick-and-mortar shop is here for all your holiday shopping needs! Come in to browse bird books, art, puzzles, games, and gifts. The address is 2240 4th Street, Suite A - on the Miracle Mile right at the border of San Rafael and San Anselmo. Parking lot and main entrance is on the east side of the building.
In addition to our regular Wednesday through Sunday hours, we'll be here:
Monday, December 22: 11 am to 3 pm
Tuesday, December 23: 11 am to 3 pm
Wednesday, December 24: 11 am to 3 pm
We are also pleased to be hosting some fantastic events this month. We hope to see you sometime soon!
We will be closed December 25 and 26 as well as December 31 and January 1.
Shipping Information and Deadlines
Nothing makes a better gift than a book, and we are pleased to make recommendations, gift wrap, and mail your orders around the world this season. We rely on the United States Postal Service for the majority of our shipping, and are following their suggested deadlines for delivery by Christmas:
In the 48 contiguous United States:
- Choose "Standard Delivery" before December 13
- Choose "Priority Delivery" before December 17
In Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Territories:
- Choose "Standard Delivery" before December 6
- Choose "Priority Delivery" before December 15
Outside the United States:
- The earlier the better! We recommend ordering by December 1
Please note that these are recommendations and we are not able to guarantee delivery dates - winter weather and related events that cause carrier delays are beyond our control. Please email us if you have any questions about delivery dates or methods.
